How to apply for refund?

First of all please check our policies:


Refund Request Process

  • Contact JobEscape support via messenger in the bottom right angle or contact through email [email protected]

  • We will review your case and notify you via email or messenger regarding the approval and processing of the refund (if applicable).

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion and terms and conditions. Since the service is digital, refunds are typically not granted unless exceptional circumstances exist.


Exceptions

  • EU Residents: You have 14 days from your subscription start date to request a full refund (no reason required) for digital content purchases.

  • 31-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Specific Conditions):

    • Contact JobEscape within 31 days of purchase.

    • Follow the provided plan for at least 28 consecutive days.

    • Demonstrate you conscientiously followed the plan (proof may be required).

  • Mandatory Refunds by Law: JobEscape will comply with legal requirements for refunds in your region.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Personal Reasons: JobEscape will not grant refunds for personal reasons like disliking the service or not meeting expectations.

  • Financial Reasons: Financial reasons like unexpected charges, automatic subscription renewals, or unawareness of paid services are also not grounds for refunds.

  • Expired Subscriptions: Refunds cannot be requested after the subscription period ends.

  • PayPal Purchases: Subscriptions or one-time purchases made via PayPal are subject to PayPal's refund policies, not JobEscape's.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 45 business days, depending on your bank.
