How PayPal payments work

When you subscribe via PayPal, the payment is processed through your PayPal account, not directly from your card. This means that:

  • The transaction appears in your PayPal activity list (not in your bank app).

  • Your active subscription is linked to your PayPal authorization.

  • Any refund must go back to the same PayPal account used for the purchase.


How to get your refund

  1. Contact our support team via chat or email at [email protected].

  2. Mention that your payment was made through PayPal.

  3. We’ll verify your purchase and send your refund right away to the same PayPal account you used.

💡 Tip: Refunds usually appear in your PayPal balance within minutes after confirmation.


Important notes

  • Refunds are available only for payments made through PayPal.

  • You don’t need to open a PayPal claim - just message us directly, and we’ll handle everything.

  • The refund will always go to the same PayPal account used for your original payment.
