Who Is Eligible for a Refund?
A refund is possible only if all of the following conditions are met:
You have completed all courses in your personal learning plan.
You followed the recommendations in your learning plan for at least 28 consecutive days within the first 31 days after purchase.
You have not acquired a client as a freelancer within 3 months after completing the courses.
You can provide verifiable proof that you actively applied for freelance work (e.g., job applications, proposals sent, work samples, client communications, etc.).
You submit your refund request within 31 days after the 3-month period ends.
When Is a Refund Not Possible?
After your subscription period has expired. Once the subscription ends, refunds are no longer possible.
If the subscription was paid via PayPal. Refunds are subject to PayPal’s policies, and JobEscape cannot process them.
For residents of most countries. According to JobEscape’s policy, all charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
For personal or financial reasons. JobEscape does not provide refunds if you didn’t like the service or were unaware of subscription charges.
If you agreed to immediate access to digital content. In this case, your right to withdraw is lost.
Exception:
✔ EU residents can request a full refund within 14 days after the subscription starts, if they did not consent to immediate access to digital content.
How to apply for Refund?

📝 Include the following details:
Your full name and email used for the purchase
Date of subscription purchase
Proof of course completion
Proof of following the personal plan for at least 28 days
Proof of job-seeking efforts (e.g., applications, client messages, proposals, etc.)
Once your request is received, we will review your case and notify you by email or message in messenger if your refund is approved.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank.
💡 Important Notes:
If your payment was made via PayPal, JobEscape cannot process the refund due to PayPal's policies.
Refunds will not be granted for partially used periods.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps in your account.
How to Cancel Your Subscription?
To prevent unwanted charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle:
Log into your account and go to the "Subscription" section.
Click on "Unsubscribe" and follow the instructions.
If you paid via PayPal, cancel directly from your PayPal account.
You can also email [email protected] or use the website's messenger for assistance.
🔴 Reminder: Canceling stops future payments, but you will still have access until your current subscription period ends.
