Download your invoice or receipt
Log in to your Jobescape account.
Click on your profile picture (top right) → choose Billing.
In the Billing section, you will see a list of all payments.
Click Download next to the receipt you need.
Changing your payment method
At the moment, it’s not possible to update your payment method directly in your account.
If you want to use a different card or payment option, please follow these steps:
Cancel your current subscription:
Go to Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel.
Create a new account with the payment method you want to use.
Subscribe again with the new card or PayPal/Apple Pay account.
⚠️ Important: Your course progress will not be transferred to the new account. Please make sure you finish your active learning path before canceling.
