Change your email
Log in to your Jobescape account.
Click on your profile picture (top right) → choose Account settings.
In the Email field, enter your new email address.
Click Save changes.
Check your new inbox and confirm the change by clicking the link we send.
Important notes
Your login will change to the new email address.
Make sure you have access to your new email before updating.
All invoices, notifications, and support replies will be sent to your updated email.
Can’t update?
If you can’t change your email in settings, or if you lost access to your old inbox:
Contact our support team via chat or at [email protected].
We may ask for verification (e.g. last 4 digits of your payment card or recent invoice) before updating your account details.
