Cancelling your JobEscape subscription

How to Cancel

  • Through your JobEscape Account: Log in to your account and go to "Billing & Subscription" on the "Menu" page.

  • Click the "Cancel subscription" button before the end of your current subscription period.

  • Contact Support: If you can't find the unsubscribe option, contact JobEscape support at [email protected]

Important Notes:

  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  • You are responsible for cancelling before the end of your introductory offer to avoid automatic renewal.

  • Cancelling stops automatic renewal but grants access for the remaining time of your current period.

  • JobEscape doesn't offer refunds once digital content is delivered.


Additional Information:

  • If you used PayPal for payment, you can also unsubscribe through your PayPal account.

  • Renewal rates and periods may vary depending on your chosen plan.
