We respect your privacy and provide full support for data deletion requests. Currently, to permanently delete your Jobescape account and all associated data, you can do it in two ways:

Use a subject line like "Account Deletion Request."
In the body of the email, include:
the email address linked to your account;
Please note:
Subscription: Ensure you have canceled any active subscriptions before requesting deletion.
Permanency: Once deleted, your course progress, certificates, and AI Toolkit access cannot be recovered.
Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days (usually much faster).
