How to delete my account and data?

We respect your privacy and provide full support for data deletion requests. Currently, to permanently delete your Jobescape account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an Email: Write to us at [email protected].
Subject Line: Use "Account Deletion Request" to help us process it faster.
Details: Send the request from the email address associated with your account.

Please note:
Subscription: Ensure you have canceled any active subscriptions before requesting deletion.
Permanency: Once deleted, your course progress, certificates, and AI Toolkit access cannot be recovered.

Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days (usually much faster).
