I bought an add-on / special offer, but I don't see it. What should I do?

Don't worry, your purchases are safe! If you don't see your add-on or pro package immediately after checking out, please follow these steps depending on what you purchased:

1. If you purchased the Unlimited AI Toolkit:
Check your AI Chat: Look at the credit badge (usually in the top right corner of the chat screen). After the upgrade, the "5 credits" restriction should disappear or change to "Unlimited".


2. If you purchased the Claude Bundle:
Check your email: The specialized templates and master prompts optimized for Claude are delivered via email. A direct link to access your bundle is sent automatically to the email address you used during checkout within a few minutes after purchase.


3. If you purchased AdEscape:
Check your inbox: Your Mega 1000+ Design Templates are sent directly via email, so make sure to check your inbox (and Spam/Promotions folders).


General Troubleshooting Steps:
Refresh your session: Log out of your Jobescape account and log back in to refresh your account permissions and update your access.

Check your payment status: Ensure you received a confirmation email for the purchase. If the payment is still marked as "Pending" by your bank, the features might not unlock until the transaction is fully cleared.

If your add-on is still missing after following these steps, please send your purchase receipt or email confirmation to [email protected], and our team will activate it for you manually!
